The largest convention and exhibition center in the Coffee Region. 37,000 m² of multi-purpose space. 17 rooms ranging from 7 to 7,000 capacity. Main hall converts into 3 independent rooms. Dedicated exhibition hall and outdoor plaza. Located 7 km from Matecaña Airport (10–15 min drive), 8 km from city center (20 min).

Hotel Convention Centers

Movich Hotel Pereira: 12 meeting rooms, 1,780 m² total event space, individual rooms 10–550 pax, combined capacity 1,700 people. Natural light in main halls, on-site catering.

Regional access: Armenia 45 min by road, Manizales 50 min by road. Pereira serves as the natural entry point for the entire Coffee Axis. 83% of flights are domestic, making Bogotá connections frequent and easy.

Cocora Valley: 1 hour from Pereira. Home to Colombia’s national tree — wax palms reaching up to 60 m. Valley altitude 1,800–2,400 m. One of the most iconic landscapes in the country.

Santa Rosa de Cabal Hot Springs: 30–45 minutes from Pereira. Multiple thermal pools and waterfalls with resort and day-use facilities. A standard post-event activity for corporate groups.

Otún-Quimbaya National Sanctuary: 489-hectare cloud forest reserve just outside the city — endemic species, guided walks, research station. Perfect for nature-focused team activities.

Practical Information

Climate: Average 22°C (72°F) year-round at 1,411 m elevation — lower and warmer than Manizales or Armenia. No acclimatization concerns for international groups.

Best season: January–February and July–August for lowest rainfall, though events can run year-round with mostly brief afternoon showers.
